The Belledune Port Authority (BPA) welcomed Captain Cory Melody, Master of the M.V. Evans Spirit, and the entire 13-person crew as the First Ship of 2025. The ship docked on Terminal 3 at the Port of Belledune on January 5. The M.V. “We are excited to welcome together the arrival of the first ship this year and take this opportunity to recognize the M.V. Evans Spirit- and its crew for their dedication and commitment to keeping goods moving’’ said Mr. Denis Caron, President & CEO of the BPA.
“The Port of Belledune is entering 2025 with a clear vision for the future. This year was a testament to our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement. With our efforts on developing our green initiatives, and from our expansion, we are building a Port that drives economic growth but that will also serve as a cornerstone for a brighter and more sustainable future for Northern New-Brunswick,’’ said Mr. Denis Caron, President & CEO of the BPA.
