1. Applicant sends an advance email request to the Operations Technician using the form on the right.
The Belledune Port Authority requests that all individuals who require a photo ID card and prox. reader security gate access swipe card, send an advance email request to the Operations Technician.
Once the necessary application forms and documentation have been provided back to the applicant in question, he/she will then need to obtain a sponsorship letter from the Terminal operator that they and/or their employer are contracted by. The applicant must then appropriately complete, sign, date, and ready the application form along with the accompanying necessary sponsorship letter printed on appropriate company letterhead.
The applicant(s) will then be required to book an appointment in advance with the Operations Technician so as to present themselves in person at a suitable date and time previously arranged to process their individual application and have a photograph taken to prepare the necessary colour photo ID card and security gate swipe card passes.
Two pieces of government issued photo ID is required (e.g. valid passport, provincial driver’s licence, medical card, etc.). No walk-in appointments will be accepted.
