QSL – Eastern Division, a subsidiary of QSL Canada Inc. (QSL), has been providing their clients with exceptional services tailored to their specific needs for many years. QSL are the Terminal Operators for Terminals 3 & 4 and provide stevedoring services for all other terminals at the Port of Belledune.
QSL works very closely with the management team at the Belledune Port Authority to develop innovative customer solutions and provide the most flexible port experience.

NB Power manages and operates a marine terminal at the Port of Belledune. Terminal 2 is a bulk / liquid bulk facility that sees approximately 1 million tonnes of cargo imported on an annual basis. NB Power is a long term terminal operator at the Port of Belledune and is always looking for new business opportunities. Terminal 2 has excellent operations and has the capacity to accommodate additions users.
Irving oil operates the Port of Belledune’s liquid bulk storage compound, and are #2 in line on terminal 2.
